The Robobus services in the local Economic Development Zone will be operated by a subsidiary of Wuxi Transport Industry Group. WeRide will provide technical support and operation services for the Robobus. This project is the largest autonomous driving commercial microbus shuttle system in China, with dozens of Robobuses to be deployed, in order to provide high-quality and personalized services to the local residential, commercial, and industrial areas.

The official launch of WeRide's intelligent connected vehicle services will further accelerate the commercialization of autonomous driving applications in Wuxi, especially in terms of charging methods, and lay a solid foundation for the development of regular operation routes, service fleet size, customized, and diversified application scenarios.
