作为本次“无声之后”展览作品《地球戏剧》的续集,《地球戏剧 2》延续了影片《地球戏剧》开创的非虚构故事的可能性。而整个故事通过一个表演讲座展开,试图挖掘出马拉巴尔广播电台作为一项技术成就的历史、荷兰殖民时期印尼灵性知识的发展、20 世纪初地球科学的发展以及存在主义的风险焦虑之间所暗藏的一系列联系。


As a direct sequel, Tellurian Drama 2 continues the possibilities of nonfiction storytelling derived from Radio Malabar initiated by the film Tellurian Drama. The story expands through a performance lecture that tries to unearth the connection between the history of Radio Malabar as a technological achievement, the development of spiritual knowledge during the Dutch colonial period in Indonesia, the development of earth science in the early 20th century, and the anxiety of existential risk.

1923年5月5日,荷属东印度政府在爪哇岛西部落成了一座新的广播电台,它被称为马拉巴尔广播电台。到了2020年3月,印尼当地政府计划重启并活化这个电台,并将其打造成一个历史遗址和旅游景点。《地球戏剧》想象了在这两个时间点之间可能发生过的故事:山脉在历史中的重要角色;殖民废址作为地球工程技术的器具;以及原住民祖先的无形力量。《地球戏剧》的叙事从著名伪人类学家穆纳尔万博士所写的一段被遗忘的文本展开,探讨了去殖民、以地质为核心的技术和通信历史等主题。


May 5th, 1923. The Dutch East Indies government celebrated the opening of a new radio station in West Java. It was called Radio Malabar. In March 2020, the local Indonesian government plans to reactivate the station as a historical site and tourist attraction. Tellurian Drama imagines what would have happened in between: the vital role of mountain in history; colonial ruins as an apparatus for geoengineering technology; and the invisible power of indigenous ancestral. Narrated based on the forgotten text written by a prominent pseudo-anthropologist Drs. Munarwan, Tellurian Drama problematizes the notion of decolonization, geocentric technology, and historicity of communication.

把尖锐的爆炸小心拿起,塞到安全的角落,是否就会让它消失

比停滞的空气更加静止,向假想的对象攻击,是否可以打破僵局

当每一秒的时间击打身体,无情地穿透堆积起来的解释,是否可以治疗迷惑

创作者尝试去释放个人的怀疑,但很可能适得其反

音乐家Monty Hoffmann为本作品创作的音乐,有一部分的音源来自于特制麦克风所收录到的电气录音,日常情况下人耳无法识别


About this little ball of flaming anger bumped around but nowhere to be released and a solution nowhere to be found. Music by Monty Hoffmann, blended with electromagnetic sound that is inaudible on the human hearing spectrum.

艺术家Jol Thoms将带来一场冥想式的聆听——去聆听超越人类的思考和共存意味着什么。自 2021 年 6 月以来,每逢月圆之夜,他都会在太平洋深处 2 千米的地方进行广播。他还将展示最近与科学家在南极发现的未知行星源共同创作的声音作品,并介绍其来龙去脉。


Jol Thoms offers a meditative listening event to hear what it could mean to think and co-exist beyond-the-human.  He will present his multi-year Ocean ritual Radio Amnion that has been broadcasting 2kms deep into the Pacific at each full moon since June 2021 and he will present and contextualise a recent sound work  co-created with an unknown planetary source discovered by scientists in the Antarctic. Approximately 25 minutes.

《羊膜电台:海洋空间中的声音传递关怀》是一项持续多年的海洋-月球声音艺术项目,献给地球上的生命之水。这个项目自2021年6月以来持续委任新的艺术创作,在位于太平洋2.3公里深的水域下,向太平洋致以歌颂、爱与哀愁。每一轮满月之时,它在距离温哥华岛海岸线300公里外的海域上,太平洋卡斯卡迪亚海盆下的远古深渊,与关心地球水界的青年当代艺术家和实验音乐家所创作的哀伤频率和声音发生共振。《羊膜电台》是一个“宇宙政治”艺术科学项目,隶属于慕尼黑工业大学的SFB1258——由中微子和暗物质研究小组所开发的实验性水下中微子望远镜,并与加拿大海洋观测网络合作。每当满月之时,听众可以通过专用网站来收听非本地广播。

Radio Amnion: Sonic Transmissions of Care in Oceanic Space is a multi-year ocean-lunar soundart project for the life bearing waters of Earth. Since June 2021 they have been commissioning and relaying new artists’ compositions of affirmation, love, and lament 2.3 kms deep with/in -- and addressed to -- the Pacific Ocean. During each full moon, 300 kms from the shores of Vancouver Island, the ancestral abyss of the Pacific's Cascadia Basin resonates with the elegiac frequencies, voices, and soundings of critical emerging contemporary artists and experimental musicians interested in caring for the hydrosphere of Earth. “Radio Amnion” is a “cosmopolitical” ArtScience project attached to an experimentally submerged neutrino telescope developed by the SFB1258: Neutrino and Dark Matter Group at the Technical University of Munich, and is in partnership with Ocean Networks Canada. During each full moon, listeners can tune into the nonlocal transmisison by way of the dedicated website:

里亚尔·里扎尔迪是一名艺术家和电影导演。他的创作主要运用移动影像和声音媒介,在黑盒子电影院或是展览空间中呈现大型影像装置。他的艺术实践主要关注资本与技术、劳动力与自然、世界观、类型电影以及理论虚构的关系。他的作品曾在多个国际电影节以及其他机构展出,其中包括洛迦诺、鹿特丹国际电影节、FID马赛电影节、维也纳国际电影节、BFI伦敦电影节、巴黎电影博物馆、东京NTT交流中心、台北双年展、伊斯坦布尔双年展、威尼斯建筑双年展、日惹双年展、印尼国家美术馆等。此外,他还在波尔图Batalha电影艺术中心和日内瓦摄影艺术中心等举办过个展和重要项目。


Riar Rizaldi works as an artist and filmmaker. He works predominantly with the medium of moving images and sound, both in the black-box of cinema settings as well spatial presentation as installation. His artistic practice focuses mostly on the relationship between capital and technology, labor and nature, worldviews, genre cinema, and the possibility of theoretical fiction. His works have been shown at various international film festivals (including Locarno, IFFR, FID Marseille, Viennale, BFI London, Cinema du Reel, Vancouver, etc) as well as Centre Pompidou Paris, NTT InterCommunication Center Tokyo, Taipei Biennial, Istanbul Biennial, Venice Architecture Biennale, Biennale Jogja, National Gallery of Indonesia, and other venues and institutions. In addition, solo exhibitions and focus program of his works had been held at Batalha Centro de Cinema, Porto and Centre de la photographie Genève amongst others.



李翩翩 Li Pianpian


现居上海的独立创作者,呈现以肢体为主多种艺术表达混合为辅的舞蹈剧场solo作品。最近偏向观察捕捉身体链接深处微小的跳闸。


Pianpian Li was an independent artist based in Shanghai; her works are mainly presented as solo dance theatre that feature various art forms. Recently, her focus shifted to observing micro glitches buried deep in the body-mind connections. 


蒙蒂·霍夫曼 Monty Hoffmann


音像创作者兼舞台技术,活跃于英国伦敦的多种表演与创意艺术场景之中。


Audiovisual artist and skilled technician in London working across a broad range of events and disciplines in the creative arts.



乔尔 · 汤姆斯  Jol Thoms

乔尔·汤姆斯(出生于多伦多)是一位驻伦敦的艺术家、研究员、声音设计师和教育者。他的作品跨越、重构人类/非人、宇宙、无形/有形之间的界限,以及在实验性视听艺术、量子场理论、环境人文学和神秘主义,以及女性主义的反殖民科学研究中对于科学的使用策略。他是“羊膜电台”声音艺术项目的创始人,委任艺术家创作关怀信息,于每个满月期间传送至太平洋深处。他目前是伦敦金匠学院艺术与生态项目的讲师。

Jol Thoms (b. Toronto) is an artist, researcher, sound curator, and educator based in London, UK. His audio/visual work crosses and reconfigures boundaries between the non/human, the ineffable, cosmological, and the scientific using strategies from quantum field theory, environmental humanities, and feminist anti-colonial science studies. He is the founder of the ongoing Radio Amnion sound art project commissioning and transmitting artists’ messages of care deep in/to the Pacific Ocean during each full moon. He is concerned with enhancing and expanding conceptions and practices of ecology and communication beyond-the-human. He is currently Lecturer on the MA Art & Ecology at Goldsmiths University, London.


Thoms won the MERU Art*Science Award (2016), was shortlisted for the New Technological Art Award (2019), and was a Fellow of the Akademie Schloss Solitude, Stuttgart (2016–17). He received a practice-based PhD in Artistic-Research from the University of Westminster, London (2021) He recently participated in: The Measure of the World, RADIUS Centre for Contemporary Art and Ecology, Delft, NE (2023); Unknown Unknowns: An Introduction to Mysteries, 23rd International Triennale Milano (2022-2023); An Oceanic Hearing, AmbikaP3, London (2022); Becoming Fresh and Salty Drops of Water, Ocean Space, Venice (2022); DRIFT: Art and Dark Matter, (touring exhibition in Canada: Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa, Kingston).
