今年是《画刊》杂志创办的第47个年头，“《画刊》封面计划”也推进至第3期（2019、2020、2021）。这个交叠发展的艺术项目，已然成为《画刊》近年来媒体生产的重要实验场，它既探寻平面延展到空间的媒介传播可能性，也着力挖掘艺术期刊与艺术家创造性“互动”的深度与广度。
This year is the 47th year of the founding of "Art Monthly" Magazine, and the “Art Monthly Cover Project” of ourMagazine has also advanced to the third issue (2019, 2020, 2021). This overlapping art project has become an important experimental field for the media production of "Art Monthly" Magazinein recent years. It not only explores the possibility of media communication that extends from the plane to the space, but also focuses on exploring the depth and breadth of the creative "interaction" between art journals and artists.
每一年的“《画刊》封面计划”，更替命题、择选新艺术家，探寻不同的编辑与策划方案都是预设中的变化；期刊封面表达、展览生成、图书出版的渐进式序列则是不变的项目结构。在这个变与不变的“循环”演进中，“封面计划”在一种明确的内容生产的逻辑中稳步前行。
Every year, the "Art Monthly Cover Project" will change the propositions, and select new artists, explore different editing and planning plans, it is our pre-determined plan. The progressive sequence of periodical cover expression, exhibition generation, and book publishing is a fixed project structure. In this "circular" evolution of change and invariability, the "cover planProject" is moving forward steadily in a clear logic of content production.
此次在广州美术学院美术馆举办的展览，呈现的是“快与慢·2020《画刊》封面计划”的第2阶段（展览生成），12位艺术家将在广美美术馆的3号展厅里，深化他们对去年“快与慢”主题的视觉表达。
The exhibition held at the Art Museum of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts this time will presents the second phase of the "Fast and Slow: 2020 Art Monthly Cover Project 2020：Fast and Slow". 12 artists will deepen their visual expression according to their last year's “Fast and SlowCover Project” theme.
这个关涉时间命题的展览，力图以“空间再造”的方式在展厅建立媒体生产与艺术创作的多维关联，并放大艺术家思考与表达的针对性。对《画刊》来说，展览既是一种媒体生产的编辑手段，也是对已有传播内容增补与修订的方式。
This time-related exhibition seeks to establish a multi-dimensional relationship between media production and artistic creation in the exhibition hall in the way of "spatial reconstruction", and to amplify the pertinence of the artist's thinking and expression. For Art Monthly Magazine, the exhibition is not only an editing method for media production, but also a way to supplement and revise the existing dissemination content.
作为一家秉持“长期主义”的艺术媒体，《画刊》一直致力于在长久时段的积累与发展中塑造价值。我们信奉专注、专业的深度工作方式，并坚信愿景清晰的计划才能带来变化。
As an art media that upholds the "long-term doctrine", Art Monthly Magazine has been committed to shaping value through accumulation and development over a long period of time. “《画刊》封面计划”的项目“生长”，仍然处在“变化”与“未完成”的状态中，这项计划的复杂性和跨越性不仅给项目推进带来困难，在如今这个快速运转、追求效率的传媒时代似乎也显得“不合时宜”。但通往理想的道路，哪一条不是荆棘密布？
The “growth” of the “Art Monthly Cover Project” projectis still in a state of “changing” and remained “unfinished”. The complexity and leapfrogging nature of this plan not only brought difficulties to the advancement of the project, but also seemed to be "untimely" in today's fast-moving and efficient media era. But every road leading to ideals full of thorns, isn’t it ?

“艺术传播与媒体生产”论坛
进入移动互联时代以来，文化传播遭遇了以往时代未曾有过的媒介多样性和复杂性。就艺术行业而言，不仅艺术传媒面临着传播方式巨变带来的困难与挑战，更宽泛意义的“媒体生产”也已成为各类艺术研究与展示机构的职能“标配”。针对不同的内容生产与传播诉求，艺术媒体与艺术机构如何变革自身，又怎样塑造价值？本次“艺术传播与媒体生产”论坛将就以上议题展开讨论。
