Commencing in Hangzhou on September 8, the relay featured 2,022 torchbearers who passed the torch through 11 cities in Zhejiang Province, showcasing Chinese culture and heartwarming stories of ordinary people.

9月8日，亚运会火炬传递在杭州启动，共有2022名火炬手在浙江省11个城市传递火炬，展现了中华文化风采和普通人的感人故事。

The relay was inaugurated by Luo Xuejuan, the women's 100m breaststroke winner at the 2004 Olympic Games, and concluded with Wu Yibing, the first player from the Chinese mainland to win an ATP Tour trophy.

火炬传递由2004年雅典奥运会女子100米蛙泳冠军罗雪娟开始，由首位夺得ATP（男子职业网球选手协会）巡回赛单打冠军的中国大陆选手吴易昺结束。

The Cultural Landscape of Old Tea Forests of Jingmai Mountain in Pu'er, southwest China, was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List on Sunday.

9月17日，“普洱景迈山古茶林文化景观”被成功列入联合国教科文组织《世界遗产名录》。

At its extended 45th session ongoing here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the UNESCO World Heritage Committee examined the site nominated by China and added it to the list as a cultural property, making it China's 57th World Heritage site.

中国“普洱景迈山古茶林文化景观”项目17日在联合国教科文组织第45届世界遗产委员会会议上通过审议，列入《世界遗产名录》。这是中国第57项世界遗产。

The decision heralds the great vitality that lasts today of the old tea forests and related cultural landscape in Jingmai Mountain, Lancang Lahu Autonomous County of southwestern Yunnan Province, one of the regions that practiced the earliest use of tea resources and had a significant influence on the tea culture of the world.

这一决定预示着云南省西南边陲的澜沧拉祜族自治县景迈山古茶林及其相关文化景观的巨大生命力。景迈山古茶林是世界上最早利用茶树的地方之一，对世界茶文化有着巨大的影响。

Consisting of five large-scale, well-preserved old tea forests, nine traditional villages within them, and three protective-partition forests between them, the landscape stands out as an example of rich tea culture centered on the ancient practices of cultivating and preserving the old tea forests.

“普洱景迈山古茶林文化景观”的遗产区包括5片规模宏大、保存完好的古茶林，分布其中的9个古村寨，以及古茶林之间的3片分隔防护林，是保存最完整、内涵最丰富的人工栽培古茶林典型代表。

The first Golden Panda International Cultural Forum kicked off on Wednesday in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province in southwest China.

9月20日，首届金熊猫国际文化论坛在四川省会成都举行。

Jointly held by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the provincial government of Sichuan, the forum gathers over 300 guests from home and abroad, with in-depth discussions on topics such as implementing the Global Civilization Initiative.

金熊猫国际文化论坛由中国文学艺术界联合会、四川省人民政府主办，来自海内外的300余位嘉宾出席论坛，围绕落实全球文明倡议等话题深入开展交流。

Participants said that exchanges and mutual learning between civilizations serve as a vital impetus for their progress and world peace and development.

与会代表表示，文明交流互鉴是推动文明进步和世界和平与发展的重要动力。

They also expressed that to carry out the Global Civilization Initiative, the common values shared by humanity should be faithfully upheld and promoted, stories of every kind of civilization should be well presented, and mutual understandings and people-to-people exchanges should be boosted.

与会代表还表示，落实全球文明倡议要切实维护和弘扬人类共同价值观，讲述好各种文明故事，促进相互了解和人文交流。

Traditional Chinese brands have recently made a strong comeback thanks to a livestreaming controversy over the quality of products and whether people were working hard enough to afford them.

Feigua, a livestreaming sales data provider, said the number of followers of Bee & Flower's account on Douyin, the Chinese version of TikTok, started to soar on Sept 11. By Friday, it had attracted 559,000 followers. Sales generated during one livestreaming session last week exceeded 25 million yuan.

直播销量数据提供商飞瓜表示，蜂花的抖音账号粉丝从9月11日起猛涨。截至9月15日，粉丝量达到55.9万。上周的一场直播销量逾2500万元。
